| More information | NOTICE: - We will send you the link about 30 min before the class starts. If you participate this class in April, the class is the same every Monday. So you can use the same link every week. - Link is only for your personal use, please do not share it Instructed (in Finnish) online class 30 min. This Barre exercise is a training especially for thighs, butt and calves. But we are not forgetting the upper body either. You'l nees a chair with backrest and a mat. In the end of the training it would be great, if you can slide your feet on a slippery floor while stretching. |
